Transylvanian hounds are a breed of dog that was bred in Transylvania (Romania) to hunt foxes and hares. These dogs have a thick undercoat that helps keep them warm in cold weather. They also have high stamina and speed, making them excellent hounds. Transylvanian hounds have a calm nature and get along well with people, but can be aggressive towards other animals.
