The East Siberian Laika is a breed of hunting dog that was bred in Siberia as a result of crossing Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes. This breed of dog has a strong physique, thick hair and a powerful tail. She has a very characteristic muzzle and large, expressive eyes. East Siberian Laikas can be of different colors - from white to black, but most often there are dogs with white or gray color.
These dogs are highly intelligent and trainable. They are easy to train and can be used to hunt a variety of animals including bear, wolf and deer. East Siberian Huskies are also excellent companions and can live in families with children and other animals.
