Updating the algorithm for determining the breeds of cats and dogs

We have updated the definition of pet breeds - now the service identifies the breed much better and with higher quality.

In particular:

• Models have been improved - now the neural network learned from a much higher quality and larger sample of photographs.
• The photo preparation algorithm has been changed, which has also significantly improved the quality of detection.
